Chiba: The Beautiful Wooden Haranooka Pier, Popular on Social Media

This stunning pier, made entirely of wood, stretches straight out from the sandy beach into the sea. The view of the pier extending into the ocean is so enchanting that it feels like a scene from a movie. You can walk all the way to the end of the pier, and along the way, you can clearly see small fish swimming leisurely in the water.

Having seen this scenery often on TV and social media, I was deeply moved to witness it in person. I visited during the day, but I thought it would also be wonderful to enjoy the changing colors of the sea and sky during early morning or evening hours. Next time, I plan to visit at a different time to experience a new perspective!
