The suicide notes of the kamikaze pilots are on display, many of which are beautifully written letters to their mothers.
The feelings expressed in each letter touched my heart and brought me to tears. There were many things I didn't know from the video materials, and I was surprised to learn about the situation at the time and the feelings of the pilots.

The museum also displays actual airplanes that were used, which makes the reality of war even more apparent. After the tour, I felt a stronger sense of gratitude for our ancestors, known as heroes, and was able to feel the preciousness of peace once again.

As for access, it is a little far from the airport, and I think it is convenient to rent a car, but it is still a place worth visiting. It is an important spot where you can learn about the history of war and feel the weight of life, so I hope many people will visit.
