There are two mosques that can be visited in Brunei: the Old Mosque and the New Mosque.
Both are must-see tourist spots.

"Jami As Hassanil Bolkiah Mosque"
Commonly known as the New Mosque, it was completed in 1994

There are 29 domes made of pure gold, named after the 29th king. It is also an impressive mosque with a beautiful Islamic facade.

You cannot enter all day on Fridays.
Please note that the opening hours are also limited.
Morning: 8-11 / Afternoon: 14-15

Women can borrow mosque clothes at the entrance.
Please take off your shoes before entering.
