**Perfect Evening Tea Time at Café & Books bibliothèque**

I visited Café & Books bibliothèque in Kichijoji on a quiet weekday evening with a friend, and it was such a relaxing experience.

The atmosphere inside was peaceful and cozy, perfect for a laid-back tea time. We ordered the strawberry and condensed milk pancakes, and they were as gorgeous as they were delicious! The vibrant colors and cute presentation were definitely Instagram-worthy.

Plus, the portion size was huge, so we were both totally satisfied. It was an amazing tea time!
