- The staff were very attentive and well-trained.
- The hotel is beautiful and shady, surrounded by nature. There's a stream to play in, bicycles, Robusta coffee making activities, and a tour of Kachong Waterfall. Everything is included in the price. It's amazing!
- The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We also ate lunch and dinner at the hotel. The staff arranged for us to sit on the balcony to enjoy the view. It was amazing!
