The Kaomon Gate is located upon entering the Zenkoji Temple grounds and climbing the stone steps.
This is the first gate welcoming visitors to Zenkoji Temple.

The placement of the Kao statues is reversed, with the A-shaped statue on the left and the Un-shaped statue on the right, and two other Buddha statues with different designs enshrined behind them.

I really wanted to come during the public viewing, but...
I'm glad I was able to visit Zenkoji for the first time.
