Enjoy cherry blossoms in Nagoya and visit Meijo Park in spring

Nagoya is one of the most important cities in central Japan.
Today, I would like to recommend a small free cherry blossom viewing spot in Nagoya, Meijo Park.

Meijo Park,
near the famous Nagoya Castle.
Convenient transportation, direct access by subway,
You can get off at Shiyakusho Station,
and you can see the park entrance when you come out.

In Meijo Park, you can see the towering castle from afar. Nagoya Castle is located in the center of Nagoya City and is a local landmark.
There are many beautiful water birds and lush reeds in the castle moat.

Nagoya Castle and Meijo Park are closely connected, and both are famous local cherry blossom viewing spots.
But compared to the bustling Nagoya Castle, the Meijo Park is less crowded and has beautiful scenery, providing a better experience.

Every March and April, the cherry blossoms in Mingcheng Park are in full bloom, which is extremely beautiful, especially near the artificial lake in the park, where there is a large area of ​​the best-blooming cherry blossom trees.
And unless it’s a weekend, there aren’t usually too many tourists.
