Solo travel 🏯 Direct flight from Kaohsiung to Nagoya

Most people who travel to Nagoya will choose to take a train from Central Japan International Airport directly to Nagoya Station; however, I think this is a bit of a waste of time. The route I chose was to take the train from the airport to Kanayama Station, and then transfer to the subway (purple) Meijo Line to get off at Sakae Shopping District.

Because it takes less time to go to major attractions from Sakae Station than from Nagoya Station! In addition, there is an underground food street at Sakae subway station, and there are many department stores, pharmacies, Oasis 21, Nagoya TV Tower, etc. in the Sakae Shopping District on the road, which are within walking distance; it is very convenient for both shopping and sightseeing.

This time, I not only went to Nagoya Castle, Tokugawa Garden, Yanghuizhuang, Osu Kannon, and Bunka Futabakan in the city, but also went to Korankei in the suburbs of Toyota City.

In addition to the well-known eel three ways, Teba-no-no, and miso pork cutlet, when you come here, don't forget to try the cute and delicious little chicken cakes, as well as the very famous Gohei cakes!
