A Day Trip to Hida Takayama, Japan - Food

After a 2-3 hour bus ride from Nagoya, we arrived at Hida Takayama⛰️ We arrived at about 10am, so we were in time to go to "Miyagawa Morning Market", where there are many handicrafts and snacks to buy😍

It doesn't matter if you come late, because there are many shops selling local signature Hida beef 🥩 I tried Hida beef sushi, the evenly distributed beef is just as good whether grilled or raw! There are several selling Hida beef buns, fluffy buns filled with sweet Hida beef filling, fusion of onions and special sauces is simply unforgettable 😋 Walking to see many Japanese help this small shop selling pudding, I chose vanilla milk flavor 🥛 eat smooth and tender, rich milk flavor, really want to try other flavors 🥹
