🌤️Walking into Mao'ao along the coastline, the salty wind blows all the way. This "Captain Affordable Snacks" is hidden at the corner of Fuxing Street. There is no ostentatious signboard, but it is lively only for regular customers. I arrived on a holiday afternoon, and surprisingly, I didn't have to queue up at all. The store also allows you to order food by bank transfer first, so you don't have to rush to pay in the alley, which is a plus.

🦑The most memorable thing is the "Ginger Fried Small Rolls". The small rolls are handled very cleanly, with a chewy texture, and paired with the salty and fragrant fried ginger, the taste comes straight to the head. There is also a bowl of "small roll rice noodles". The soup base is refreshing and sweet. The overall style is gentle. It is comfortable to eat without burden. The seafood is fresh but not overbearing. This bowl is the best match for the cold seaside.

🌿"Stir-fried seaweed" is unexpectedly wonderful, a bit like the seafood stir-fried with scallions and eggs, and each bite is mixed with different layers. Others, such as "Stir-fried clams" have a wine aroma but are slightly oily, "Bamboo shoots" are salty, and "Stir-fried stingray" has a harder texture. Each has its own characteristics, but it depends on personal preference. It is recommended to gather people to share it.

🍽️A total of seven dishes cost $1,420. The table with seafood as the main axis is actually large enough and the taste is clear enough. This is not the kind of Internet beauty restaurant that takes photos and checks in, but if you want to eat a local snack by the sea and don’t want to squeeze in, this is a good choice.
