Since Hong Kong has direct flights to Takamatsu, traveling to Shikoku has become more convenient, but you don’t have to worry about driving by yourself.
Because even if you travel by public transportation,
Kagawa Prefecture in Shikoku is also very convenient.
Taking a boat out to sea every day is really the best way to relax for those who love the sea.
The first stop was Ogi Island, also known as Cat Island.
Located in the Seto Inland Sea between Honshu and Shikoku, there are very few residents on the island. It is said that there are less than 200 people.
I stayed at Ogijima for the whole morning and saw only a few people, but I loved the leisure and the lack of crowds.
There are not too many cats on the island. I met about 3-4 cats in one morning.
None of them are too close to each other, but they are very cute walking around all the time.
There are several cafes on the island. Although they don’t seem to be open often, there are also many delicious food in Takamatsu City. You might as well go back to the city to find delicious food!
📍Address: Ogi Island
