📍 Okayama Prefecture Traveling Paper Cutting Exhibition

This is connected to the Hotel Granvia Okayama, which I introduced the other day, by a private bridge🌉
and is held in the Okayama City Museum, which is just a 3-4 minute walk away, so I'm lucky it's so close🥺🫰✨️
I've always wanted to go see this place when I go to Okayama👏
I made it just in time for the opening period, but I'm sorry that it was already over by the time I posted this😂🙏

As the name suggests, this is a traveling paper cutout🕯️

Light paper cutting artist Atsumi Sakai's original paper cuttings are named "light paper cuttings" for her original style of expressing "paper cuttings" through "light", and as the name suggests, they are works of light and shadow 🖼️

Each work is delicate and beautiful, and is wrapped in kindness and warmth, inviting the viewer into a dream world 🫧
It is a nostalgic and heart-stirring "experience-based art" 🎨

Despite visiting on a weekday near the end of the exhibition, just before closing time, it was a huge success 😳💭
It's tough for those who want to take photos (lol), but that means it was an exhibition that so many people wanted to go to‼ ️

The projection mapping requires an incredible number of projections to go around once. It also takes a long time to start looking back from the beginning. If you miss a shot, you have to wait a long time...🤣

But it was fun for the viewers, and hard for the creators💦
