The Moment of Encounter with Leonardo da Vinci

Before coming to Paris, I thought I would be amazed by the Mona Lisa.
The reality was that my travel companion and I had so much fun chatting that we were distracted by the exhibits. When we came out, we realized, "Huh!? We didn't see the three masterpieces! 😳"
But the Louvre that day was still the most beautiful part of my journey.

✨ Although I didn’t find the “three masterpieces”, I still feasted my eyes!
We entered the museum from the glass pyramid, and were immersed in Sumerian statues, Napoleon's coronation, Louis XIV's royal furniture...
We talked about art, religion, and court dramas, and when we reached the exit, we realized:
"Wait a minute - did we really not see the Mona Lisa?"
🎯 The three treasures of the Louvre (help you catch up!)
🖼 Mona Lisa
🎨 Da Vinci's work, the legendary mysterious smile
📍 Denon Hall 1F Room 711
📸 The photo frame is not big, but it is always crowded, remember to queue up to take pictures!
🗿 〈Venus de Milo〉 Venus de Milo
🗽 A representative of ancient Greek statues, the goddess is full of aura
📍 Sully Hall Basement Room 346
🗽 〈Victory of Samothrace〉 Victory of Samothrace
⛰ Even with her arms dropped, she is still full of aura, standing at the corner of the stairs is breathtaking
📍 Denon Hall 1F Daru Stairs
🔑Suggestion: If you want to "check in three treasures at once", go straight to Denon Hall after entering, and find the Winged Victory → Mona Lisa → Venus in order, and then slow down to appreciate other works!
💡 My experience of visiting:
➡️The collection is so rich that you will get lost if you are not careful! (But getting lost is also beautiful)
➡️If you love chatting and looking at details like me, it is recommended to arrange more than 3-4 hours
➡️If you want to know more about the works, you can rent an audio guide (Chinese version is available, about €5), or download the Louvre official app
➡️The atmosphere is great on Wednesday and Friday nights, and there are few people and it is quiet, which is perfect for taking a slow look
🪑 Tips & personal experience sharing:
✔️The Louvre has long corridors and many stairs, so please wear comfortable shoes
✔️There is a cafe and a souvenir shop in the atrium glass pyramid area (nice to visit but slightly more expensive)
📝 Conclusion|Some people come here to check in, but I think slowing down and slowly absorbing art is the soul of the Louvre.
I will remember the path we walked in the Louvre and those nameless but profound works.
