This square is packed with countless ancient monuments and temples. Every corner is adorned with exquisite Newari architecture, from intricate wood carvings to red brick buildings. But the most striking feature is the magnificent Krishna Mandir, a stone temple that still serves as a part of daily life. Tourists stroll through the area, interspersed with locals offering their worship, creating a truly unique blend of past and present.
Surrounding the square are shops selling handicrafts and stylish cafes offering stunning views.
The entrance fee is approximately 1,000 NPR, but discounts are available for visitors from Thailand and the BRICS countries.
