“If you go to Porto, you must go here!”

Many travelers say that, so
I actually went to LelloBookstore half-expectedly, half-doubtedly.

But the moment I entered the entrance,
my breath was taken away for a moment.

The red stairs that curved up,
the stained-glass ceiling with sunlight,
and the wooden bookshelves filled with old books.

This was not just a simple bookstore,
but a world from a novel where a wizard would appear.

• Window seat next to the stairs
→ Natural light comes in beautifully, so you can take nice, soft selfies
• Stained glass on the ceiling at the entrance
→ The upward cut is also unique and nice

🎟 Admission & Precautions
• Admission fee is 5 euros, but you can get a discount coupon when you buy a book! • If you go early in the morning, there will be less people so you can look around slowly
• Advance reservations are possible, but since many of them are sold out on site, we recommend making an online reservation in advance
• If you have a lot of luggage, it may be difficult to enter (we recommend a small backpack)
• There are many Harry Potter souvenir shops around, but the interior maintains a truly classic atmosphere

• The area around Lello Bookstore is a mecca for Harry Potter fans.
It is known as the place where author J.K. Rowling was inspired while staying in Porto. • When there are a lot of people, you may have to leave within 15 minutes, so
the point is to go at the opening time!
• The stairs inside the bookstore are made of wood,
so be careful not to disturb others when taking pictures 💫
