Wulanhada Volcano Geopark, the remains of the eruption 🌋

The Ulanhada Volcanic Group is located on the grassland of the right-wing rear flag of Chahar, Ulanqab City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It is gathered here with grassland volcanic groups, lava landforms and other geological landscapes, attracting many tourists to spend the summer.

The Volcanic Geopark is a free and open scenic spot, and the scenic road and some supporting facilities are still under construction. An intact volcano is preserved here, showing the magnificent picture of nature's magic and geological changes. The volcanic group consists of many volcanoes, the most famous of which are No. 3 and No. 6, which are called "Northern Alchemy Furnace" and "South Alchemy Furnace" respectively.

We went to the famous No 6. Volcanic rocks have unique geological characteristics. These rocks were formed after the lava from volcanic eruptions millions of years ago has cooled down. They are hard in texture and have a variety of colors, ranging from black to red. These rocks are not only masterpieces of nature, but also valuable materials for geological research.
