The bookstore displays the fonts of old newspapers and the texture of new books, and the design exhibition fuses waste materials with inspiration into usable objects.

Sitting on a bench in the courtyard, I watch the dusk paint the brick walls a rosy hue. This place teaches people to respect "regeneration": it's not about demolishing the old and building the new, but about negotiating with the old, finding new uses and emotional connections.
