Family Outing Around Chengdu | One-Stop Guide to Train Park + Cozy Hotel

🚩Location: Chengdu. This weekend, I took the kids on another joyful trip! This time we visited Heilongtan China Railway Train Park and then stayed at the All Season Meishan Tianfu Avenue Hotel. The experience was amazing and I have to share it with everyone~

📍 Address: Just navigate directly there. It’s about a little over an hour’s drive from Chengdu, with great road conditions. The scenery along the way can serve as a “mobile picture book” for the kids.

The whole park is a paradise for train enthusiasts! It has collected many retired train carriages and transformed industrial relics into a magical world full of childlike fun and historical charm.

1. Lake Loop Mini Train: Highly recommended! It leisurely travels between grasslands and the lake, with a gentle breeze. The scenery outside the window is as beautiful as a painting, and the kids were excited the whole ride.

2. Chihiro Mini Train: A dreamy train that runs on water, perfect for photos. It feels like stepping into a Studio Ghibli animation world. The kids played and wanted to ride again.

3. Grand Train Loop: Circles the entire park, giving a panoramic view of the park’s beauty. Let the kids fully enjoy the joy that trains bring.

4. Rainbow Slide: Super colorful, sliding down from the top is thrilling and fun, with kids laughing nonstop.

5. Non-powered Play Equipment: A wide variety that lets kids release their energy and have a blast.

📍 Address: On the west side of Tianfu Avenue, Meishan Tianfu New Area. It’s about a half-hour drive from the Train Park, very convenient.

As soon as you enter the lobby, you can feel the simple yet stylish Oriental aesthetics of All Season. The natural wood furniture paired with light gray soft furnishings creates a quiet and cozy atmosphere, instantly relieving travel fatigue. The front desk staff were super friendly, checking us in quickly and thoughtfully introducing fun nearby spots.
The room was clean and tidy with no odors. The bathroom had a dry-wet separation, smart controls, and a smart toilet, full of thoughtful details, making the stay very comfortable.

This family outing around Chengdu was truly perfect. Heilongtan China Railway Train Park made the kids happy, and All Season Meishan Tianfu Avenue Hotel provided us with a comfortable resting space. Highly recommend to all parents—hurry up and plan a trip with your kids!
