Mozu Tombs Visitor Center

Located right next to the Daisen Tomb, the Mozu Tombs Visitor Center is a free guidance facility where you can learn about the value and charm of the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Mozu-Furuichi Kofun Group."

You can view various shapes of tombs that are not visible from the ground through ultra-high-definition projection mapping using aerial footage. The center offers an immersive experience of the grandeur of the Mozu-Furuichi Kofun Group and Sakai's historical culture through ultra-high-definition 8K aerial footage projected on walls and floors—highly recommended!

There are LEGO exhibits and displays where you can learn about the tombs.

At the merchandise corner, you can purchase sweets, stationery, and miscellaneous goods inspired by the tombs, as well as Sakai's specialty products.

Artifacts excavated from the tombs are displayed at the nearby Sakai City Museum, where you can watch explanatory videos about the tombs.
