We stepped into Salzburg Cathedral just as the midday summer’s heat softened outside, the cool air inside wrapping around us like a hush 🕊️☀️. Light filtered through tall windows, catching on the white stone and gilded details, and everything felt spacious not just in size, but in spirit. We wandered slowly, heads tilted back, drawn to the soaring ceiling and the quiet beauty in every corner. No one rushed. It felt like the building itself asked us to slow down and breathe. ⛪🌿

Outside, the square was full of life buskers playing violins, children chasing pigeons, and couples sipping iced coffee beneath bright umbrellas 🎻☕. But inside the cathedral, time moved differently. We lit a candle together near the altar and stood in silence, letting the echo of centuries settle around us. Salzburg Cathedral in summer wasn’t just a stop on the map, it was a moment of stillness in the middle of everything. 💫🕯️💛
