Sanya Haitang Bay Ultimate Relaxation Guide

🌴Sunshine, sandy beaches, and coconut groves – Haitang Bay in Sanya instantly transports you into vacation mode! This time, I stayed at the Sheraton Resort, definitely the best value-for-money option along Haitang Bay. Spending days lounging by the pool was pure bliss~

💎Location:
The hotel is situated in the heart of Haitang Bay, just a 5-minute drive from Sanya Duty-Free Mall (with complimentary shuttle service available). A short walk takes you to the 68 Global Food Street, making it super convenient for seafood dinners at night! It's also very close to Atlantis – just a 10-yuan taxi ride away.

🏊‍♀️Resort Facilities:
• Right downstairs are expansive outdoor pools! My favorite is the 24-hour heated pool – soaking under the stars at night is incredibly romantic.
• 800-meter private beach with fine, soft sand and fewer crowds, much more comfortable than public beaches.
• The kids' club and family activities are abundant, ensuring children are never bored. Honestly, they'll be in the pool or the sea all day, with no time for anything else.

🛏️Room Experience:
The building isn't very tall, so only the higher-floor deluxe sea-view rooms offer ocean views. The bathroom is huge, with a standalone bathtub perfect for soaking. The mini-bar stocks coconuts and tropical fruits, but these are chargeable!

🍽️Dining Recommendations:
• Don’t miss the seafood buffet dinner! At 398 RMB per person, the quality is outstanding – unlimited lobster and king crab legs.
• The lobby lounge’s afternoon tea is super photogenic, with a birdcage-style three-tier stand against a coconut grove backdrop – every shot is Instagram-worthy.
• Breakfast is incredibly lavish, featuring ice cream and Hainan noodles. Dining by the pool in the morning is utterly relaxing.

📸Photo Spots:
1. The beach swing at sunset (wear a white maxi dress for the best shots).
2. The coconut-lined path connecting the main building to the beach.
3. The glass boat at the rooftop infinity pool.
4. The spiral staircase in the lobby lounge (stunning when lit up at night).

💡Tips:
• Remember to book the duty-free mall shuttle in advance. A 5% discount voucher can be collected at the concierge.
• Haitang Bay’s waves are strong, so swimming isn’t ideal, but evening strolls are delightful.
• For room upgrades, politely ask at check-in during the off-season.

The best part? Late check-out! Our flight was at 7 PM, and we got to stay until 4 PM, making our schedule much more comfortable. There are many unique hotels here, so if you have time, pick the one that suits you best.
