🌤 Sapporo travel day 2 - Morning walking course

A healing trip in the city center, Sapporo is a place where you can enjoy walking 🚶♀️🍃

Start the day with a quiet city walk!

A course where you can feel history and nature at once while taking a light walk through downtown Sapporo on a clear morning after the rain stopped.

🕰️ 1. Sapporo Clock Tower (時計台)
A symbol of Sapporo!
A small but powerful clock tower. It is a historical building from the Hokkaido pioneering era and a must-see spot for certification shots.
A 45-degree angle to the side is prettier than the front 😉

📍 Location: 5 minutes on foot from Odori Station

🗼 2. Sapporo TV Tower Observatory
A viewpoint where you can overlook Odori Park at a glance! It's lower than the T38 observatory, but it has a different charm because you can see the city center up close.
Before going up to the observatory, you can also meet the TV uncle character in the lobby 📸

📍 Location: East end of Odori Park
⏰ 10:00~20:00 (may vary depending on the weather)

🌳 3. Odori Park Walk
A long green park in the middle of the city.
Come down from the TV tower and take a leisurely walk along the park, healing itself💚
It's perfect to sit on a bench and have a cup of coffee, and in the summer, the flowers and fountain are so pretty.
It's also where the Sapporo Summer Festival is held!

🎓 4. Hokkaido University Campus
A forest-like campus that you can find just by walking a little from the city center!
A wide street, lush trees, and a leisurely flowing stream... Just taking a walk is so peaceful.
Watching students riding bicycles made me feel like I was getting a glimpse of Japanese university life.
