Sendai City Museum A Great Place to Visit in January 2025

The Sendai City Museum offers a permanent exhibition, special exhibitions, and a collection exhibition. The permanent exhibition area is not very large, but it provides a comprehensive overview of Sendai's history from ancient times to the present from both historical and geographical perspectives. You can quickly go through it in about an hour. Opposite the entrance to the exhibition hall on the second floor, there is a souvenir shop, a café, and an interactive area for children. You can enter these areas by showing your ticket stub.
