✓Atmosphere/Facilities: This izakaya is located near the Sendai Kotodai Park and the exit of the Kita-ban-Yocho subway station. It specializes in fish caught in the northeastern region of Japan. Its signature dish is the fish grilled in a binchotan charcoal grill. The fish is slow-roasted over direct fire and has a crispy and juicy skin, which is extremely tender! The atmosphere in the store is very cheerful. You can watch the grilled fish while drinking beer. The waiters are very enthusiastic and will serve you a lot of side dishes. It’s awesome!

✓Features: The menu is different every day, and the handwritten dishes are the dishes of the day. There will be fresh sashimi and grilled fish of the day, clay pot sea bream Miyagi rice, and Matsushima oysters near Sendai. Every dish is unforgettable. The waiter will also help you mix the rice. The service is super good! Besides beef tongue, this is my favorite fresh fish dish, which is both good value and inexpensive.
