This time in Seoul, instead of shopping, I chose to explore and wander around. One day, I planned a trip away from the city's hustle and bustle to Eunpyeong Hanok Village in the suburbs of Seoul.
The village features well-maintained traditional Korean houses (hanok) with the majestic Bukhansan Mountain as a backdrop. I was truly awestruck by the grandeur of Bukhansan—it’s absolutely magnificent. Walking through the streets, I felt a unique blend of modernity and tradition, creating a harmonious yet contrasting atmosphere. It’s quite fascinating.
When visiting, you can join a city tour or travel there on your own. I stayed in Myeongdong this time, and it was convenient to get there. The journey took about an hour, and taking an Uber wasn’t expensive. It’s definitely worth a visit.
