Bring ID, thick jacket (down jacket, jacket), oxygen bottle, sunscreen check the weather in advance, adapt to the plateau, do not exercise strenuously.

There is a bus to Seda from Chengdu Chadianzi Passenger Terminal, which takes ten hours; you can also fly to Kangding and transfer to Seda County, and take a bread truck to the Buddhist Academy and Tianfu.
