If you go to Shanghai Starbucks Reserve Roastery during the day, it is crowded, so it takes a long time to order and it also takes a long time for the coffee to come out. When I went at 10pm, there were no people, so I was able to leisurely drink coffee. Of course, if you go at night, the roasting machine is turned off and there are still some baked goods left. If you are only planning to drink coffee, I recommend going at night.
