[One] The facilities are very new, suitable for a staycation°, with a full range of amenities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, free ping pong tables, an ocean ball electronic game room, paid billiards and electronic basketball game machines, and paid indoor and outdoor go-karts. The lounge service is very attentive and personalized, especially praising Dory and April.
[Two] Welcome gifts and upgrade treatment: Booked at the Trip Coins floor price two weeks in advance, even cheaper than the DoubleTree in Pudong during the same period. There was no proactive early phone greeting, so I called at noon on the day of check-in and was told that suites were not eligible for upgrades, with an additional charge of 1000/night, which was not cost-effective. I requested an executive lake view twin room and treatment for 2 adults and 2 children (14 and 10). The call was transferred to the executive lounge, and Dory readily agreed to the request, saying I could go directly there at check-in. On the day of check-in, the local specialty welcome gift seen online was not given; after asking at the front desk the next day, two were provided, and the quality was indeed good.
Room layout, view, and hardware evaluation: 50 square meters is definitely enough to live in, with a balcony facing the outdoor pool, artificial lake, and fountain view. The biggest highlight is the separate bathroom and walk-in closet, which protects privacy for the family and provides convenience for family activities in the room.
⭐Minibar and bathroom amenities: High-tier members get the first round of minibar free, including drinks, beer, and snacks (Maltose - childhood memories); bathroom amenities are standard wall-mounted, with a bar of soap placed separately in the bathroom and bathtub, adding to the details.
[Three] Hotel🏨 breakfast variety and service: Breakfast on weekdays is served until 10:30, very friendly for vacationers. Whether in the lounge or breakfast area, the cheese is a highlight, very fresh and delicious, comparable to the quality of foreign hotels🏨, especially Brie cheese.
[Four] The pool is basically acceptable in terms of crowding, with fewer than 10 people when checked around noon daily. The water temperature is relatively cool, and the front desk service is quite good, lending a float board for free.
[Five] The hotel🏨 is still convenient for self-driving, surrounded by natural oxygen bars, suitable for street running.
