Shanghai Day Trip - Zhujiajiao Water Town

This is a lovely day trip idea from Shanghai to the ancient water town of Zhujiajiao. You can either take the train or drive from Shanghai, both methods are very convenient and it’s not too far from Shanghai, around 1-2 hours depending on the traffic and train. The town is very picturesque with the canal running through amongst old buildings and bridges. Such a quaint and peaceful vibe and offers a nice break from the bustling city centre. Plenty of restaurants and food stalls throughout the town as you walk through. #shanghai #travel
