As a lesser-known secret spot in Tibet, Yala Xiangbu Snow Mountain truly left me speechless! This snow mountain, revered by Tibetans as the "Father of the Sacred Mountains," stands at an altitude of 6,647 meters, and at its foot, you can encounter a super healing grassland pasture~

📸Best photo spots
P1 - On the way from Zedang Town, Shannan City to the snow mountain, you will pass through a wide plateau grassland (navigate to "Yala Xiangbu Viewing Platform"), where you can capture the full view of the snow mountain along with the grassland in one frame. The light at 9 AM and 5 PM is the most dreamy✨

P2 - Yalong River Valley at the foot of the snow mountain, covered with wildflowers in summer. Using a telephoto lens, you can capture the stunning reflection of the snow mountain in the stream (wear waterproof shoes!)

🚗Travel tips
1. It is recommended to drive from Lhasa (about 4 hours), with beautiful scenery along the Yarlung Tsangpo River
2. The best season to visit is from May to October; roads can be icy in winter
3. Be sure to stay overnight in Zedang Town (recommended Shannan Hotel) and go see the golden sunlight on the mountain early the next morning

⚠️Notes
👉Altitude over 4600 meters, prepare oxygen bottles and Rhodiola in advance
👉Large temperature difference! Wear sun-protective clothing and sunglasses during the day, and a down jacket in the morning and evening
👉Remember to bring enough cash, as signal is intermittent along the way
