[Singapore] Addictive! Singapore's famous chili crab 🦀

I went to Jumbo Seafood, a famous chili crab restaurant in Singapore. 🇸🇬

Chili crab is a signature dish in Singapore. It's made by stir-frying crab in a sweet and spicy tomato-based sauce. Beaten eggs help to reduce the spiciness, making it mild and easy for Japanese people to enjoy!

It's important to note that the price of crab is based on market price, so it's not listed on the menu. ⚠️
However, the going rate is apparently around $90 for 1 kilogram!

It's a little pricey, but you can eat your fill of large crab, so it's a great way to splurge on a trip! 🌟

To go with the crab, I recommend ordering fried bread called "mantou" 🍞
If you have any leftover chili sauce, dip the bread in it and enjoy! It's absolutely delicious! 😋

No matter what you order, it's guaranteed to be delicious, so be sure to stop by when you visit Singapore! 🦀
