📍 Location & Directions
- Address: Tambon Bo Yang, Mueang Songkhla District (next to Songkhla Lake on the west side, near the Songkhla City Pillar Shrine)

- Directions:
- 🚗 Private car: Take Kanchanawanit Road, heading to "Laem Samila" → Pass the Chiranakorn Stadium → See the Chalatat Beach sign on the left
- 🛵 From Samila Beach: Drive along the coastal road for only 1.5 km (5 minutes)
- 🚌 Songthaew: Take the line "Songkhla-Laem Samila" get off at "Hat Chalatat" (fare 15 baht)

⏰ Opening-Closing hours
- Open 24 hours (no doors closed)
- ⏱ Recommended times:
- Morning 06:00-08:00 (cool weather, watch the sunrise + watch fishermen set sail)
- Evening 17:00-18:30 (watch the golden light of the sunset, ranked as one of the most beautiful in the South!)

1. Sit and watch the "Two Seas"
- The most outstanding feature of the beach! You can see both Songkhla Lake (freshwater) and the Gulf of Thailand (salt water) from the same angle.
- Take a photo with Koh Nu-Koh Maew Symbol of Songkhla

2. Watch the local fishing lifestyle
- Wake up early to watch fishing boats return to shore (05:30-07:00)
- Buy fresh fish from the boat at a cheap price (sold on the roadside in the morning)

- Sailboat-shaped pavilion (symbol of Chalatat Beach)
- Wooden bridge to the sea + natural rocks

4. Cycle along the beach
- Rent a bicycle for 20 baht/hour (service available on the beach)
- Cycling route from Chalatat Beach → Laem Samila → Suan Song Thale (distance 3 km)
