3 Days 2 Nights in Suzhou

September 6th to 8th, 2024

On the afternoon of the 6th, I took the high-speed train from Hangzhou East Station to Suzhou Station.
I visited Shantang Street to experience and photograph Hanfu. It was a great experience, and the night view of Shantang Street was also beautiful.

On the 7th, I visited Zhuo Zheng Yuan (Humble Administrator's Garden), Lion Grove Garden, Suzhou Museum, and Pingjiang Road.

On the 8th, I visited Liu Yuan (Lingering Garden), Tiger Hill, and Twin Pagoda Market, before taking the high-speed train to Shanghai in the afternoon.

The Suzhou gardens are beautiful, and personally, I really liked Liu Yuan because I arrived there at 8 a.m., so it wasn’t crowded, and the experience was much better. Zhuo Zheng Yuan, Lion Grove Garden, and Suzhou Museum were very crowded with many tour groups since I visited on Saturday, making it hard to enjoy the natural scenery and take photos.

However, Suzhou is a beautiful place, and it’s easy to visit when you're in Shanghai, as the high-speed train takes only half an hour to get there.
