You don't need to go to the front desk to check in, you can sit on the sofa in the lobby and a staff member will assist you one-on-one. They also provide free drinks and coffee. After check-in, they will take your luggage to your room. The welcome fruit and desserts are also prepared with care. It's also a pet-friendly hotel.
