A historic middle school in downtown Taipei

History: Before the founding of the Affiliated High School, on April 1, 1937 (Showa 12), during the Japanese colonial period, the then Taiwan Governor-General's Office established the Taipei Prefectural Taipei Third High School at the current site of the Affiliated High School, with Daxin Tiema as principal. After the end of World War II on December 5, 1945, by order of the Taiwan Provincial Governor's Office, Taipei Prefectural Taipei Third High School was renamed Taiwan Provincial Taipei Third High School. After the war, it was renamed the National Taiwan Normal University Affiliated High School.

Opening Hours: Saturdays and Sundays

Tip: Taiwan has many historic campuses, many of which still retain historically significant buildings. Strolling around the campus and admiring the old buildings is a relaxing experience.
