Xing Fu Tang, come to one place and get both savory and sweet dishes.

Everyone knows Xing Fu Tang as the famous brown sugar bubble tea shop, but this Ximending branch takes things up a notch. They offer more than just sweet drinks, but also savory dishes, just like you'd find at a restaurant.

We stopped by for milk tea, but then we spotted the Xiao Long Bao on the menu...that's it! A hot, thin-crust Xiao Long Bao with a fragrant broth that gushes out as you bite into it. You have to slurp it down quickly or you'll miss out on something delicious.

Next, we had the Braised Pork Rice, which was extraordinary. It was served in a tall, imposing bowl, resembling a miniature "incense burner" (just kidding, but so cool!). The braised pork was tender and flavorful, paired with hot rice. It was so satisfying, it made you forget all about the tiredness of walking around.

The pork/beef meatballs were also excellent, firm and chewy, and paired with the hot soup was incredibly satisfying.

And then we finished off with our signature Brown Sugar Bubble Milk Tea, with warm, chewy pearls and the perfect amount of sweetness. It's a perfect way to end a meal with a full range of savory and sweet dishes.
