It's a rare opportunity to have a few friends stay at the Grand Hyatt together! 😂

We took this opportunity to revisit the rich Japanese flavors of Cai Lai! 🥰

Cai is a Japanese-themed buffet restaurant. Each month features a theme. September is a Japanese seafood paradise! 🥳 We're also offering special deals on Yilan Guishan Island rouge shrimp until September 30th!

The dining table is packed with seafood, including salt-grilled shrimp, fish chin, grilled squid, creamy garlic prawns, sweet shrimp and fish roe gunkan, and black gold gunkan sushi.

On Friday nights and all day Saturday and Sunday, we also offer flounder fin nigiri, Irish king crab (brown crab), deep-fried soft-shell crab, and grilled ox tongue.

Oysters are frequently reported by customers for gastrointestinal issues, so they're not currently being offered.

The dining table features a fresh section, stir-fries, grilled dishes, steamed dishes, Japanese side dishes, and specialty ramen. While all Japanese cuisine features a touch of ingenuity and creativity, 👍

The dandan noodles in the freshly cooked section are fragrant and numbing, with a hint of Sichuan peppercorns. 💕

The desserts are also primarily Japanese. The must-try Imagawa yaki comes in a red bean and cream flavor, as well as a limited-time black sesame lava flavor. All three are delicious!

The red bean soup and mochi ice cream in the freezer are also highly recommended!

The quality of the produce is excellent, and they even offer hand rolls with your choice of toppings.

There's also a lot of delicious hot dishes 😆
