Chosei Shiojin Ramen Shop

Ramen lovers should know about Chosei Shiojin. Although the shop is not very big, there's always a line whenever I pass by. So, I decided to find time to try it again. This time, I ordered the miso-flavored broth. You can even choose the type of noodles! I also ordered some side dishes to go with the ramen. Their char siu pork and chicken are absolutely delicious. I wish I could order them separately. The noodles are just the right texture, and the broth is a bit salty, but I liked everything else. It makes me want to go back again. Plus, they stay open quite late. You should give it a try.
