#chinatravel Spent a sunny afternoon exploring Heping Island Park in Keelung City, Taiwan and it was such a fun and relaxing spot. The park sits right on the coast with awesome ocean views, cool rock formations, and walking paths that are super easy to follow.
The scenery is a mix of sea cliffs, natural pools, and some really unique coastal landscapes that make it feel different from other beaches. There’s a nice blend of nature and chill spots to sit, take photos, or just hang out and listen to the waves. You can even dip your feet in some shallow tidal pools if the weather’s right.
The facilities were clean, and the vibe was very family friendly but not too crowded when we went. Super easy to get to from downtown Keelung. Perfect for a quick nature escape without leaving the city. Would totally go again for the views alone.
