Two years ago, I went on a trip to Nagasaki and Fukuoka because I wanted to ride the brand new Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen.
The shiny new train I got on in Nagasaki, which was like a green car on the Tokaido Shinkansen, had not yet reached Hakata, so I changed to the Relay Kamome express train at Takeo Onsen.
At the time, I made a quick change, but I had been curious about Takeo Onsen Station.
This time, I had the opportunity to go!

The staff are all friendly and attentive

(Swimsuits are required for the spa area, but they are available for free rental! They even lend out gym wear!)

It was so comfortable that I couldn't move to my room right away lol

The bath in the room is of course on top of the hot spring, and it comes with a sauna and sauna wear ✨
Even though I couldn't bear to throw away the bath here, I changed into my swimsuit and went to the spa and sauna

The chef seriously worked on the carefully selected ingredients to create a variety of dishes

Of course it was delicious!
And each dish was so beautifully finished
So beautiful! Delicious! I was impressed when I ate it.

The breakfast was delicious, and the menu was delicious to look at.

All of them were delicious.

The powerful words "free order a la carte" made me order even though I was full.

I love the morning buffets at stylish hotels, but I also love this kind of "delicious rice and side dishes" breakfast.

My stomach and my heart were filled from the morning.

✧ It's recommended to take a break on the way from Nagasaki to Fukuoka, but it's also great to come here for the food and hot springs! There are also attractions such as the Takeo City Library, which has changed the image of a library, the bright vermilion Takeo Onsen Tower Gate, and the Takeo Onsen New Building, which was once used as a public bath.

If you go a little further, you can also find the production areas of Arita and Hasami ware.
