The Holiday Inn Taipei Airport now offers a shuttle service, which is incredibly convenient, but be sure to check the schedule. The area around here is quite deserted, with only a 7-11 nearby, but it's fine for one night. The overall quality of the accommodation is quite good for the price. Late check-out is possible until 2:00 AM.
The breakfast offers a wide variety, mostly Chinese, so it's very accessible. The European bread is a highlight. They also offer freshly made noodles, and come with porridge and side dishes.
The price is reasonable, and if you're catching an early or late flight back to Taiwan, I think it's a good place to stay for one night.
