[Tokyo] A Special Night in Ginza! New Private Room Yakiniku Restaurant

I visited the newly opened [Private Room Yakiniku Ushio] in Ginza 🥩
It's on the 4th floor of a famous dining building where popular Ginza restaurants gather!
All seats are private rooms, so it's very comfortable! Once you step out, you might forget which room you were in, but the staff guided me well, haha.
The drink menu is extensive, and I couldn't decide which to choose... 🤣
This time, I had the Takumi course 😋
Starting with appetizers, then salt-grilled tongue, filet, and zabuton appeared 🫶🏻
The beautiful pink meat alone shows it's high quality ✨
The staff grilled the tongue for me, and while the lemon sauce is recommended, it was also exquisite with wasabi and salt!
Both the filet and zabuton were tender and amazing 💓
The oxtail soup in the middle was very gentle and comforting, a perfect palate cleanser and delicious ♪
The USHIO burger, which could become the restaurant's signature 🍔
The sweet buns paired perfectly with the meat, vegetables, and the popping texture of the whole grain mustard, making it very tasty 🥹
For the finish, you can choose between cold noodles or black wagyu beef curry. I chose the cold noodles, and the shikuwasa sauce added a refreshing accent, making it very delicious!
The pistachio ice cream dessert was also excellent 🍨
This private room yakiniku is recommended for business entertaining or dates in Ginza ☺️
