Tokyo's alleyways, a neighborhood where time flows slowly

#OctoberTravelSupport

Jiyugaoka was the most elegant place to spend a day during my trip to Tokyo. Unlike the larger downtown areas, it doesn't overtly flaunt its glamour, but a sophisticated and cozy atmosphere envelopes you with every step.

Each alley is filled with charming cafes, dessert shops, and lifestyle stores, creating a natural combination of cafe tour and shopping. La Vita, with its small canals inspired by Venice, is a popular photo spot. It's a street I'd love to explore for a romantic moment during my trip.

I stumbled upon a cafe while walking, savoring a chocolate dessert and spending some leisurely time there. It felt more like a scene from everyday life than a trip. In the fast-paced streets of Tokyo, Jiyugaoka felt like a neighborhood with a particularly gentle pace.

Travel Tips
• Recommended photo spots near La Vita
• Many dessert spots, perfect for brunch
• Easy access from Shibuya via the Tokyu Line, about 15 minutes
• Best shopping during sunny days

Jiyugaoka is a place where leisurely strolls without a destination are enough to make a satisfying trip. A must-visit for those seeking a taste of Tokyo's subtle sensibilities.
