As soon as you arrive at the hotel, someone will greet you and help you park your car if you drive. After entering the door, hot tea is handed over, and there is no need to carry your luggage by yourself. The decoration is grand and exquisite, and every detail reveals taste. Even the fragrance touches my heart. If you stay in a club room like we did, check-in will be done in an exclusive box, while non-club members will queue in the lobby to wait for check-in. Club members can check in while enjoying tea, wine and biscuits. There is also unlimited supply of red and white wine and snacks on site! There is also unlimited ice cream from 19:00 to 21:00 in the evening, so considerate😭

All club rooms face Lake Toya, and each has its own private hot spring pool! You can take a bath whenever you want, with great privacy! The room has a very comfortable atmosphere. You can drink tea and enjoy pastries on the sofa. You can see the endless lake view when you open the window. The bedding is also very exquisite. I love the details.

The hotel is located in the first row of Lake Toya, with an excellent location! However, there are not many restaurants nearby, so it is recommended to experience the hotel's one night and two meals plan. The dinner buffet has a wide variety of choices, especially the steak is really delicious! I ate three plates by myself! You can also eat as much sashimi and crab as you want, which is a great deal! For breakfast, it is recommended to get up early to grab a seat by the window. We lined up at the restaurant door before 7 o'clock, enjoying the view while drinking coffee. It's so romantic.
