Hokkaido Must-Visit Place - Lake Toya

Lake Toya is the third largest volcanic lake in Japan and is a must-visit spot in Hokkaido🤣. The lake is located in the southwestern part of Hokkaido. In winter, the lake and surrounding mountains are covered in snow, offering a magnificent view of Mount Usu and Showa Shinzan.

Visitors can take a Lake Toya sightseeing boat to get a close-up view of the volcanic crater lake. However, due to time constraints, we couldn't do it this time. Additionally, in summer, the Lake Toya Long-Term Fireworks Festival🎇 is held here, which is very popular among tourists.
