Tsuen Wan｜Stone slab roast beef DAY22 STEAK

I found a slate grilled steak restaurant near the Bao Shi Building in Tsuen Wan. If you want to find a simple restaurant with a festive atmosphere on Christmas Eve, you can try this one.

🥩American beef shoulder steak 8oz $198
Beef shoulder steak will contain a little fat and the meat will be softer. There are 3 flavors of butter to choose from, and this piece of beef uses garlic butter. The store clerk will basically cook it for us, and then hand it back to us halfway through, letting us cook it to our preferred degree of doneness.

🥩Salmon with American beef tenderloin 8oz $208
It is better to cook the beef tenderloin until it is 5-6 done. If it is too well done, it will be difficult to bite. The salmon skin was cooked till crispy, which was nice. Since there is fish, I chose to serve it with herbed butter.

You can add steak to the set meal for an extra fee! The regular set meal is $38+ and includes soup, fries/pasta/salad, and a drink. For +$58 you can upgrade to puff pastry soup and an extra large drink.

🍹Fruit punch is served in a super large cup, which is 2-3 times bigger than regular drinks. It is a super large cup, even enough for 2 people to share! Yuzu honey is the normal size.
