A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Staff!

Wow. What an amazing place! I'm not going to focus too much on the physical site, as Hyatt is set to completely renovate the hotel into the Park Hyatt Vancouver. That being said, the room was lovely, extremely cozy, spacious, and far from 'generic' - it felt more like staying with a friend with impeccable taste than at a hotel. What truly distinguished this visit was the fantastic staff, which I sincerely hope Hyatt isn't changing! When we arrived, our room wasn't ready (it's alright, we were early!) but Levon in the bar made us feel welcome and at home, sharing numerous tips about the city. Every morning, Zora and Danielle began our day at breakfast with charm and kindness, creating a wonderful vibe. Emily, Stella, and Shana treated us like royalty at the stunning spa, but the real highlight was the remarkable 'dynamic duo' concierges, Celine and Leah. Their knowledge of Vancouver was truly extensive, their kindness limitless, and no request was too much trouble. A good concierge can indeed transform an 'OK' visit into a GREAT one, and Celine and Leah are as outstanding as it gets. We can't wait to return after the renovations and experience the all-new Park Hyatt Vancouver, but whether you visit before, during, or after that, I am certain you will adore this hotel, and cherish the staff even more. 10/10, definitely recommend this remarkable hotel in a magnificent city!
