I booked the gondola in advance for about 5,700 yen per person. Since I was sharing the ride, I was able to make friends with people from various countries! The scenery was very impressive, and there were even cast members who sang songs for me.
Both the Rialto Bridge and the Bridge of Sighs are very beautiful, but there are a lot of people, so you need to be very careful of pickpockets😭
There is an admission fee for the La Fenice Theatre, but it comes with an audio guide and you can learn about its history. It was very beautiful down to the smallest detail, but I thought it was smaller in scale than I expected.
Cafe Floria, the world's oldest cafe located in St. Mark's Square, has an interior like a museum and was more luxurious and beautiful than I had imagined. However, all the menu items are extremely expensive. Water is included so you don't need to order it! We chose seats inside the store, but if you sit outside you can enjoy listening to live piano and violin music!
