2. Saint Mark’s Basilica (P.za San Marco, 328): Open 09:30–17:15 most days (check hours on Sundays). The mosaics and intricate domes will blow your mind—don’t forget to check the current admission prices! No need to rush, just let yourself get lost in the awe.
3. Ca’ Dei Diamanti Grand Canal (San Polo 1428): The hotel’s central position means easy access to the Grand Canal—perfect base for your casual walks and bridges.
4. Gondola Ride: Book in advance and confirm your boarding spot! It’s pricier, but cruising through the canals in the rain is a whole cinematic mood.
