Whirlwind One-Day Trip in Weihai: Capturing Stunning Photos

This time, I hired a private car with a photographer to explore Weihai and visited numerous attractions. I even managed to capture the breathtaking sight of the Blue Weiss shipwreck!
Let me share the itinerary with you—it’s highly recommended to either rent a car or hire a private driver when visiting Weihai. The distances between attractions are quite far, and having a local driver is a huge advantage. They know the best times to visit each spot based on the changing tides and lighting conditions.
Since it was too early to photograph the shipwreck, we started the day by strolling around Naxianghai. Then, we headed to Yaming Island before finally capturing the shipwreck. As our hotel was located in the city center, we spent the afternoon exploring urban attractions, including Haiming Park, Yuanyao Pier, and Happiness Gate, before returning to the hotel.
On the second day, I visited Liugong Island on my own. There are still so many places I haven’t had the chance to explore yet! Weihai truly is a hidden gem, and I can’t wait to come back!
